Fantasizing
How to stop fantasizing? When do I look at a girl? As I am on no masturbation I start fantasizing sexually things about them. So I try not to look at them. So my question is how to stop fantasizing. How to make it simple. Thank you.

Hi 1) To disrupt the fantasy, you can get up and stretch or do a simple exercise, like jumping jacks. 2) Start focusing on an object around you, such as a paperweight or a cup. Notice its little details. Touch it to see what it feels like. This can help you become more mindful. 3)Mindfulness brings you to the present moment by helping you focus on sensations. Sit in a comfortable chair, and take deep breaths. Concentrate only on the sensation of your breath. If your mind starts to wander, stop yourself, and start focusing on your breath again.
Next Steps
if still its disturbing you dont hesitate to consult a therapist like psychologist or psychiatrist.
Health Tips
practice mindfulness and set goals. thank you.

Firstly consider fantasy as an normal phenomenon Secondly why do you not masturbate, it is harmless and dissipates sexual energy. Thirdly if such thoughts are disturbing, intrusive, repetitive the  would need evaluation by Psychologist or Psychiatrist
