Fallopian tube blockage
Recently chemopertubation was done to me and it was noted that my both Fallopian tubes were blocked completely,and the blockage was mainly due to infection happened long ago,and it's not new infection it's old and the scar tissues are developed,its not possible to unblock and doctor suggested ivf,for this case can I try Ayurvedic uttar basti treatment,can it unblock the tubes! Please guide me

Do u have any Child or not?
If it's a case of primary Infirtility then investigations to rule out genital TB is to be done. If suspicious then ATT can be given.
But, If it's a case of secondary Infirtility, then antibiotics for PID is to be advised. And then genital TB also investigated.
