Fall from a height

Asked for Male, 36 Years

My kid of 3 years old fell from a height of six feet, he is showing no sign of injury, cried for. Some time but got pacified after that and now he is sleeping, I am worried if something internal might have happened, could someone please help me with what symptoms to look for to ensure he is not having any trouble. Googled and found some tips but would like to get some professional opinion.. Thanks, Amiy
