Hi doc, I am 24 male, yesterday night I was drunk and slept in mid night I was having pain in my hands may be due to I slept in some wrong posture and I wake up and went to urinate and as I was coming back I fainted and within seconds I got up and I got nervous and sweaty......please help!! anything to worry about. Height: 5'8" Weight: 56.4Kgs
