Too many thoughts run through my mind every single second. I cannot calm my mind. I am scared of failure. Outbursts of anger, anxiety. At times when too many thoughts pile up, I experience outbursts of all kinds of emotions and nothing feels right then.

Hello
This can be a very frustrating situation to be in. The mind clouding with different emotions can block clarity in thinking and also day to day activities.
It would be a good idea to speak to a psychological counselor about these thoughts.
I am unsure if any kind of medication is required at this time but surely talking about your thoughts can help to begin with.
