Failed pregnancy
I had miscarriage on Feb 2nd in 3rd month of pregnancy and after that in April , missed period & had pain in  left side of stomach,nausea, vomiting and after doing ultrasound they said that it was failed pregnancy but no eptopic because HCG value was150.4 & also said if u get period normally no need to worry about it& I got period normally on 16th April(5 days) but after 1 week of period iam getting brown discharge is it normal? Is this spotting will be on and off

Repeat an ultrasound scan to look for retained products of conception.

Get an ultrasound once again.

Get an ultrasound done along with beta hcg levels

Repeat beta HCG to see if the level has come down to less than 10 .
