Pregnancy or miscarriage?

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My LMP was 2nd Oct. I'm having spotting with some brown blood, mucous, and bloody tissues since 7th Nov. Today, I did a beta HCG blood test, and my HCG level is 162. I'm having cramps, breast pain, and dizziness. Is it a miscarriage?
