Facing Problem in Erection
Hello Doctors,
I am facing problem in Penis Erection when my wife is in front of me.
But I have not faced any problem when I was watching porn and doing masturbation.
While watching porn and masturbation my penis erect to 4.5 or 5 inches but the same not happened when I was trying to do sex with my wife.

Avoid smoking and alcohol. Get relaxed. Try Kegel exercise. Check blood for Testosterone Prolactin and sugar. If still problem persists, please consult Doctor.

This is a condition know as selective partner ED
It's a psychological condition.
This has many reasons.
We do behavioral interventions to bring improvement on that. What I suggest you must change Ur focus on sex n practice sensate focus techniques.
