Facing gingivitis from almost 1 year.

Hello doc, I'm facing gingivitis from last 1year and I'm just 21 now. I don't know how it started all of sudden there was lot of bad breath problem and later gum bleeding first I ignored it but after 3-4 months I went to near by dentist who insulted me for bad oral health and just did cleaning and gave a medicine and mouthwash.. Nothing had a long lasting effect even mouthwash didn't suit me. No proper treatment was taken as such. But then as I changed my toothpaste the bleeding decreased and bad breath was no more a problem.. But bleeding decreased it did not vanished.. Now I'm using G32 tablets and making powder of it and then applying to teeth twice a day and also a vitamin C IP 500mg celin brand tablets which are subscribed by my homeopath for a month. But the effect of G32 I find very slow and now I'm scared of getting periodontal disease. Please suggest something.
