Facing a leg issue, both knees issue
My mother is not able to walk properly. She feel very bad pain sometimes in knees and both knees are not working properly. We are not able to find the problem and she is suffering a lot so please suggest me what best I should do for her and from she can get treatment for this .
I am from west delhi sir so if possible then please suggest me good doctor also

Osteoarthritis is commonest cause of bilateral knee pain at this age. This has to be confirmed after x ray. If joint space destruction is not severe, can be managed conservatively. If obese- weight reduction and physiotherapy should be started to strengthen knee muscles.
