After my vacation when I was back to my home I noticed v tiny pimples on my face.. Can you please suggest me what should I do?

Tiny pimple.. is there any pain,itching,burning sensation? Had recently u changed soap or face cream It may vanish itself after some time If still it is progressing and spreading then u have to take medications.
