Very tiny pimples
I have very very tiny pimple kind of things on my forehead and nose (oily areas)
There are hundreds of such erruptions. I have extremely oily skin, I don't use any moisturiser or sun block to prevent acne.
Especially when I apply foundation these very tiny skin coloured erruptions become noticeable.
How to get rid of them?

From your description, it might be comedones,. They are called as sand paper comedones. It is a type of acne. Avoid applying oily creams to the face.
It can be treated by using certain creams and face washes
