Facial Puffiness

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Area between beside the nose becomes puffy when exposed to sunlight. After using Clindamycin + Nicotinamide it becomes fine in like a month but even after putting sunscreen the progress made in that month goes in 15mins of exposure to sunlight. My allergy test is 900+ when normal level is 100. Could someone please help as when this happens it's like I've aged a lot.
