Gynecomastia Puffy nipple
My puffy nipple are becoming larger as days are passing. Previously it didn't appear when I wear shirts but now it appear a lit bit when I wear shirt also. Please tell what to do.

Please get it examined by a gen surgeon..
The reason may be hormonal fluctuations, medications,excessive fat....need to get evaluated
