I am facing the problem of puffy nipples It gets normal during sometimes but again gets puffy I want to get rid from that problem

Its due to contraction and relaxation of a smooth muscle below the skin that you notice alternate puffiness and tightness in the nipple areola area.Its a normal phenomenon.
