Facial ,eye ,ear problem

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Last 10 days i have suffered in facial ache(less burning) ,eye ache under ear less pain but no nose blockage . I tested a PNS x-ray that results is bilateral mucosal antral thekening seen . It is critical condition or treatable.it is a big deases ? I was covid positive 2 months ago .

Just an x-ray is never a diagnostic investigation for either sinusitis or fungus ... As u have recovered from covid ... Plz consult an ent specialist for an endoscopy followed by a ct or mri as per advice of ur ent doctor
