Consult a physician unless it’s muscle weakness it’s not a palsy. Even due to sinusitis, TMJ dysfunction with pain while chewing, mastoiditis etc will have a same due to inflammation.

Hi,
The description you gave is not enough for a diagnosis. You need to see a physician for this as soon as possible. If this is a facial palsy you will have to take medications and physiotherapy treatment for the same. Time is of importance in case of an palsy.
Chances are you won't be needing surgery but it all depends on the cause behind it.
Next Steps
Consult a physician and/or Physiotherapist for evaluation and treatment.
Thank you
The presentation you have mentioned is not enough to come to a diagnosis. Its important to have a closer look and decide if it's a type Facial Palsy. And Physiotherapy can be helpful in such conditions.
I would suggest you to approach a safe Physiotherapy Clinic
As per your symptoms it looks like facial palsy so to consult with online consultation with physiotherapist doctor who can help you with exercises. Try to visit to nearest physiotherapy clinic because you need facial stimulation so better if you visit to clinic.dont delay.
Hi you wont need any surgery. Do you have any of the following difficulties?
1.while chewing/eating ?
2.any loss of taste sensation?
Recent h/o infection/viral fever/cold exposure?
