Face problem
I am suffering from Bell's palsy since from last 1 year, or facial attack, my right side of face is dropping, what can I do in this situation. I also went to a physiotherapist , but what is the right treatment of this.

Go for Reputed Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist I need to do lot of Facial exercises asap

It's better to consult a Physiotherapist urgently.So Physio will gave stimulation to strengthen the  muscles.Along with that physio will also teach some exercises that can be do in home itself.

Exercises for Bell's palsy are say vowels loudly,Then patient tried to blow the balloon,Try to do whistling sound, blowing the candle,try to do the movement of taking water or juice through straw.

Consult a physiotherapist. Physio would help you in restoring muscle strength. Treatment which definitely help in bells palsy is Muscle stimulation, facial exercises and massage( This is done by physio not local person).
