Face swelling
Hi everyone, I am 26weeks pregnant I just had my my growth scan done today, when my checkup was done, doctor said she saw little swelling on my face, my bp was checked which was 125/70, my doctor said to have less salt intake, I just want to know is this common?, I do have a bit swelling in my feet and fingers, started from 20 weeks, but never noticed face swell, even I gained around 4 kgs in 6th month as I was at my mother's place so had every delicacies, so my face fat could be mistaken as swelling?,is this something to worry, my scan was normal everything was fine, please guide me, just ordered bp machine just to keep in check with my levels every time, will also follow doctors advice of not having salt much.

Your other parameters (like weight gain during pregnancy, BP ) are normal  You should get your urine examination, serum creatinine done. If these are normal then a weekly check up.

Madam it’s due to low protein intake Take protein rich diet Don’t worry if ur BP is ok
