Face small pimples
I have small pimples appeared on my face from last 2 months, they look very small but they are many on my face and shines in light previously I had a clear skin. I have always an oily skin but such daane type pimples were never there as of now and after some days these pimples transform into pus filled whiteheads which I use to squeeze to clear my skin. Sometimes pus filled acne appears on some of the daane. I have used many facewashes like saslic 2% from cipla, AHA, clinsol soap etc. but nothing worked. Kindly suggest me any pimple clear medicated face wash that contains salycilic acid or tea tree oil or any bacterial killing and skin layer shedding element.

If you are having pimples at this age, I would suggest you undergo complete hormonal evaluation including personal examination and investigations to rule out any underlying disease. you can go ahead with dermalinfusion therapy, microneedle rf along with carbon peel to keep your skin flawless.

Treatment depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
