Face pimple
Recently i have started night shifts like 7-8 night shifts in a month. What i jave noticed that i am developing pimples during these night shifts,small pimples...What is the right way to prevent these ? Kindly help

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
