Hi, 7-8 times in a month i do night shift. How to prevent dark circles during night shifts work.If i want to apply some Creams then when to apply during night shifts or in the day time when i sleep ?

U can use creams to treat dark circles at day time as u r doing night shift. It could be due to stress genetic factors. Sleep well at least 8 hrs a day.
