Face itchy and red

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I've been having skin issues for the last 3-4 months.First acne,then bleparitis over both eyelids, then angular cheilitis and now i have dry & very itchy and bumpy patches all over my face and also red bumps on my cheeks.I don't have dandruff and only use cetaphil (cleanser & moisturiser) and linical for my face.pls advise
