My bmi is 14 and my weight is 38 and iam 21 years but my face seems fat than my body ie one jaw is bigger than another how to reduce face fat without reducing weight?

You can do some face & jaw exercises use face massagers, but you have to gain some weight approx 5-7 kg for healthy life, its risky reduce weight then normal

Body fat reduction will cause face fat reduction,as the primary fat storage sites are the core areas. Jogging, swimming with high fiber diet will help. Good luck.
There are certain exercises which can reduce face fat and keep the face in symmetry, please consult nearest Physiotherapist or have a video consultation with me to get it started.
