Hi,to prevent pimples avoid sweets,junk food,fried food.Wash u r face 3 to 4 times a day.visit in person a homoepath as there r very effective medicines fr acne which will help u a lot.

Pimples at this age could be due to harmonal variation its quite common ,wash face twice daily avoid dust and pollution, don't puncture pimples it turns black, let it fade on its own , don't apply steroids without prescription...When a topical or systemic antibiotic is used, it should be used in conjunction with benzoyl peroxide or topical retinoid to reduce the emergence of resistance
