Hello
this may be due to dryness
you can 1. Blink a lot
2. Wash eyes with fresh water
3. Cold compresses
4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel

It may be due to dryness & retractive error, for refraction you consult ophthmologist &if prescribed glass ,you should wear it & for dryness you may use Systane ultra 4-5 times & genteal GE once at bed time in night & if you don't get relief by these measures ,you should consult neurologist.
