kindly get your eyes testing done. and start using specs as per doctor advice. can use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.

Your symptoms are suggestive of presbyopia which is normal age related change in lens leading to blurred near vision
You will need near vision glasses
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination and get proper powered glasses

Glasses for near work is required after age of 40.So get your refraction done.
Use refresh tear or any lubricating eye drop four times a day .
