I am having issues in eyes ..all the time my eyes get bulging at lower eye.please help me out with that issues.

Hi...I am not sure what u mean exactly. Is the eyeball bulging or the lower lid looks bulging ?
Maybe a picture will help .
For eye bulging, we hv to check thyroid etc..
Lid bulging may be constitutional...can be corrected with surgery ..
