Living in  Delhi very polluted city is  causing all these problems, first get your eye checked up,if there is retractive error ,use antiglare  corrected  eye glasses or if there is no retractive error, use zero power antiglare eyeglasses & pollution &dryness is causing burning sensation& redness for which you can use good lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Systane ultra ALCON),if you don't get relief within a week consult local ophthalmologist for check up& proper medication, with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.
