I have a headache all the time and after lying down my eyes are very red for some time and they are sore

You need an eye exam by an ophthalmologist. Could be glaucoma or raised eye pressure which cannot be detected by an optometrist. Cal maskatieyeclinic opposite Charni Rd stn
