I feel dizzy all the time while sitting,lying on bed and also waking up from the bed...if i close my eyes also i feel dizzy...plz suggest what is to be done...thank u

The dizziness can be due to many reasons. The common causes are cervical spondylitis, weakness, some ear problem, etc. For this you should get examined by physician near you and get treatment accordingly.
