Dizzy when focusing eyes

I've been having dizziness everytime I focus my eyes on something, whether its a computer, phone, book or just focusing on something infront of me. It began after an intership of 6 months in Digital advertising, so computer use. I tried resting my eyes for several days but the problem doesnt seem to be going away.
