Eyelash inside eyes

An eyelash went into my daughter's eye and we couldn't remove it for more than 3 hours... she started crying and now has slept. Will it cause any major harm to her eyes.. please reply as soon as possible

Sometimes is does come to the corner of the eye and Will be easy to wash out. But if it stuck under the upper lid surface it may not. Please show her to your regular eye surgeon for it's removal
