Eyec protection from blue rays
Hello I am working 9 hours continue on laptop and some time phone in job. Can I use bluerays protection glass or spectcs to protect eyes from blue rays

Yes ofcourse u can use that.. if eyes are strained out..take breaks every half an hour. Put any lubricant eyedrops.
