Hello doc my right eye twitching frequently from several weeks especially when I feel anxious, I also has one side headache from several weeks, is there any serious issue ??? Please help...

Not a serious problem. Try to get adequate sleep daily and concentrate on ways to de stress yourself.

It’s the strain which is taking its toll on you.
Start regular exercises and meditation.
Avoid fatty food and cold stuff.
No screen time more than 2-3 hrs per day.
Will improve.
