Eye swelling
My right eye lids swelled with in 20 min during last night. No irritation or pain
But swelling remains in morning also.

Very difficult to diagnose precisely, you should have attached your eye'photograph which could have helped me to guess diagnosis, it seems to allergic but you should consult local Opthalmologist for proper medication & diagnosis, with regards
