Eye strain
I have undergone prk surgery 6 months ago.My right eye power is CYL=-0.25,axis=10 and left eye power is CYL=-0.50,axis=170.I feeling eye strain and headache.can I use glasses or go for enhancement surgery.

This is a very minimum power, dont think enhancement will be justified for this kind of number ... The eyestrain and headache probably not related to this number , rather could be digital eye strain etc .. Evaluate for all this

sleep well n eat well if lot of computer r screen time..try to reduce follow 20/20 /20 rule.. use lubricating drops if u see blur ..then use glasses as n when required ! maybe computer vision glasses .. take some vitamin supplements n use simple pain killer for 3 days

You can consult your Operating Surgeon for this as he would be in a better position to give you a proper opinion. According to me the whole idea of going for any Refractive surgery is no dependency of glasses for daily routine. So if your surgeon after looking at the current status of the eye and investigations, suggests you go for enhancement surgery then you can opt for it. Meanwhile use your glasses, follow proper working pattern and maintain nutrition.
