Eye strain and headache
I m having headache and eye strain from some time i uses mobile 12hours a day due to classes and study i don't sleep on time and wake-up late in the morning. I m having myopia and i wear glasses.

Check if u r wearing correct glasses
Take care of general health..food, sleep, hydration , stress etc..
Decrease non essential and leisure mobile work
