Eye squint inwards
My son eye is squinting inwards towards nose.. what does this mean.. how to treat this.. and will this effect my son's vision

Yes it can affect your sons eye sight permanently if not corrected properly. Get a atropinised refraction done preferably by a pediatric Ophthalmologist as this could partially or completely be corrected with spectacles.
