B refractive surgery is only option.

The power of spectacles is dependent on the size and shape of the eyeball. After a certain age of around 21 years the power of the eye gets stabilized as the size and shape becomes fixed. There is no eyedrops, exercise, nutrition, medications or any natural way to get rid of the spectacles power. The only option is Refractive Surgery but again no one will suggest you to go for it for such a minor power you are having.
