Eye Sight Problem
I've -1.75 power in left and -1.5 power in right.
Can I recover it By Eating foods and juices?
I don't want wear spex what should I do ?
And what to eat for eye sight improvement for me ?

There is no medicine either allopathic or ayurvdic which can reduce or eliminate myopic power except LASIK but I will never advise you lasik for such small power because there is lots of advantage of being Myopic in later life if you are Myopic up to - 2 D .

there is no other way to get rid of glasses permanently except lasik.
