Eye redness
My one eye is red, feels dry and feels as if something is stuck in there. It is more red when I wake up but gradually becomes lesser red. In the morning, there is some discharge as well from the eye. Not able to go out for diagnosis of the problem due to covid19. Pley help

This looks like an infection. You can use Milflox eye drops 4 times a day for a week in the affected eye. Also add the Refresh tears eye drops 4 times a day. Maintain a gap of 10 mts between the two eye drops. Make sure you are not allergic to Moxifloxacin before you start the eye drops. Wash your eye with the clean water if eye is stuck with discharge in the morning
