Eye redness and mild pain
I had red eyes the last week and i used oflox eye drops for 5 days. The redness and stickiness has almost gone but there is a mild pain around eyes..i have had dust exposure for the past 15 days..please help

You should add some lubricating eye drops like Refresh liquigel eye drops 4-5 times daily along with antibiotic eye drops .

use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. also use mild steroid eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. lotepred.

This could be due to dryness
Try
A.cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop frequently
Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist
