Eye puffiness in the morning
Recently, I have been observing that I have puffy eyes and sometimes swelling in face when I wake up in morning. Resulting which, I am facing discomfort in seeing and heaviness in eyes. I am software engineer, thus it becomes quite difficult to work because there is constant pain in and around eyes. Please tell me what needs to be done or is it due to my sleeping posture or my diet needs to be improved or because of something serious. Also please recommend how can I avoid the same.

Every software professional is having this type of problem because they don't adhere to rules which is must for computer professional, one should try to have normal blinking while working on computer because blinking drastically goes down from around 24 per minute to  around 8 per minute causing severe dryness. One should look away from screen after every 10 minute & take rest for 10 minute after every two hours. You should use Systane ultra 4-5 times regularly+ genteal gel once at bed time at night.
