I have dark circles under my eyes and my eyes look tired always.also lower part always looks pluffy ...m sending yu the pic plzz suggest me Smthing to cure that

These black circles and puffiness are usually due to mental stress or dryness or sleeplessness or nutritional deficiency or overexposure to sun or some chronic illness etc.please identify the cause and act accordingly.
You may try ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids from outer to inner side.
