Hello
This is suggestive of corneal lesions due to virus known as viral kerato conjunctivitis.
Treatment include
A. Soft steroid in slow tapering doses
B. Lubricating eyedrop
Having said that follow instructions of your ophthalmologist
Based on your history, you seem to have developed a form of keratitis which is characterized by presence of superficial punctate keratitis and sub epithelial keratitis.
The use of steroids might increase chances of these things remaining and reoccurring.
You need to use plenty of eye lubricants.
Also would recommend you to show to your eye surgeon as early as possible
Hello. As per the information you shared, treatment prescribed to you is fine. Sometimes in Conjunctivitis, few white spots do occur on cornea surface which can lead to blurry vision, foreign body sensation in eyes, leading to watering, irritation and colored halos around light. What I recommend you is do cold compresses on your eyes 3-4 times a day, use a good lubricating eye drop (sodium hyaluronate preferably) 6-8 times a day for a week, use lotepred eye drop 2 times a day for only 5 days and let me know after 5 days.
Thanks
