Just raised IOP without other signs and symptoms can be ocular hypertension. Evaluate yourself to rule out glaucoma by retinal ie optic disc check up, visual fields ie perimetry n angle grading by gonioscopy. Constantly raised IOP may damage ocular nerves n hence eyesight.. So get evaluated earlier.

Hello
IOP alone is not significant
1. Get optic disc evaluation ...perimetry and pachymetry done
2. If everything else is normal ....then get diurnal variatiin of IOP
3. If IOP is more than 30mm HG....then start antiglaucoma drugs
