Eye power problem
I went to an opthalmologist recently and he said my spectacle power was +4 cylindrical but he gave me +3. 25 and asked me to practice with the weak eye even though initially it may appear hazy... Is this strategy correct???

High cylinders patient's will not tolerate thats why given around 3.00 power. And let me know which you have got this power? And if it's transposed to minus cylinders then patient's will tolerate better . And in your case contact lenses will be better for vision than spectacles.
