You should have balanced diet. Proteins, milk, green leafy vegetables, carrots are specially good for eyes. Proper illumination during reading is important.
Your number in the glasses will not decrease by these things but further progression may be halted. Since you are 24 yr old we don't expect much increase in the number now.
You have short sightedness (myopia) and unfortunately, your eye power cannot be reduced with specific foods. A well balanced diet and regular exercise is recommended for overall good health.
