It is better to avoid contact lenses.pl take Refresh eye drops,2drops 3times a day. Pl have slitlamp examination. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Blink more often.
Stay away from ac and fan.
Can use eye drop eyemist 2-3 times a day for a month .
